Taking over the Thompson Hotel\u2019s vibey L.A. Jackson rooftop bar in Nashville, BIG LOUD, BMI, ASCAP, Wallen<\/strong> and the backwoods anthem\u2019s talented writers \u2013 BRAD CLAWSON, HARDY and CJ SOLAR<\/strong> \u2013 were on top of the world as they turned their Shiners \u201cUp Down\u201d in celebration, along with many of the industry pros who made the smash possible, including FGL\u2019s TYLER HUBBARD<\/strong>. Each said a few words in appreciation, and then received mementos to commemorate Wallen\u2019s<\/strong> career first.<\/p>\n

\u201cI heard FGL<\/strong> for the first time hanging with friends out on a boat and thought they sounded cool. I never thought I\u2019d be here, standing next to T-Hubb<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013 and shout-out to BK\u00a0<\/strong>\u2013 who are now like brothers to me, and celebrating a #1 song. I still can\u2019t believe this is real,\u201d shared Wallen.<\/strong><\/p>\n

A surprise announcement came later on, when Wallen<\/strong> revealed the details of his 2019 headlining tour.<\/strong> Beginning\u00a0January 5<\/span><\/span>\u00a0in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the\u00a0IF I KNOW ME TOUR<\/strong>\u00a0will hit 26 cities from coast-to-coast including a hometown show in Knoxville, Tennessee, plus stops in Boston, Massachusetts; Denver, Colorado; Los Angeles, California and more before wrapping in Salt Lake City, Utah, on\u00a0March 30<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n

Presented by Shiner Light Blonde, the IF I KNOW ME TOUR<\/strong> follows his successful spring 2018 headlining UP DOWN TOUR<\/strong> and will feature emerging Big Loud Records artist (and \u201cUp Down\u201d<\/strong> co-writer)\u00a0HARDY<\/strong>\u00a0as the opening act, with presales starting\u00a0October 23<\/span><\/span>\u00a0on Spotify followed by Wallen\u2019s Fan Club \/ VIP Nation<\/strong> on\u00a0October 25<\/span><\/span>, and becoming widely available on\u00a0October 26<\/span><\/span>.<\/p>\n
