DUBLIN, Ireland \u2013 As Morgan Wallen returns stateside following the European leg of\u00a0One Night At A Time 2024\u00a0<\/em>the current seven-time CMA Award nominee\u2019s run concludes with 91,423 fans across seven shows, including sold-out stops in Oslo, Norway; Amsterdam, Netherlands; Glasgow, UK and two consecutive nights in Dublin, Ireland. Additionally, Wallen\u2019s performance at Amsterdam\u2019s Ziggo Dome became the highest attended country show in the city\u2019s history.

Reflecting on his first headlining European tour during his last show at Dublin, Ireland\u2019s 3Arena on Sept. 8, Wallen shared, \u201cIt\u2019s truly been an eye-opening experience for me and my band, and a heartwarming experience as well just to see how people across the world relate to the music that we\u2019ve been making for the past few years.\u201d

The tour, which spanned from Aug. 28 to Sept. 8, included additional shows in Stockholm, Sweden and Copenhagen, Denmark. Following his performance at Denmark\u2019s Royal Arena,\u00a0Soundvenue<\/em><\/a>\u00a0remarked of its impact, \u201c[Wallen] showed that the country genre has reached all the way from the great American expanses to the small cobblestone capitals of Europe.\u201d

During his time overseas, Wallen received three plaques from UMG Sweden, UMG Ireland and EMI UK to commemorate streaming milestones, including\u00a0One Thing At A Time\u00a0<\/em>achieving Platinum certification in Norway and Ireland and Gold certification in the UK, while \u201cLast Night\u201d became 6x Platinum in Ireland, and Platinum-certified in the UK, Sweden and Norway. As reviews continue to pour in,\u00a0Politiken<\/em><\/a>\u00a0observed of his Denmark show \u201cthe American superstar blew through the Royal Arena,\u201d while\u00a0De Telegraaf<\/em><\/a>\u00a0remarked of his Netherlands stop that Wallen \u201cshows that country is alive and kicking.\u201d\u00a0Holler<\/em><\/a>\u00a0noted the tour was \u201canother resounding confirmation that [Wallen\u2019s] charismatic, genre-blending style is well and truly going global.\u201d

As he continues to tease new music, Wallen surprised the crowd in Stockholm with the first live performance of his highly anticipated unreleased song \u201cLove Somebody\u201d, and consequently added it to his setlist for the run. The song comes on the heels of the success of his six-week\u00a0Billboard\u00a0<\/em>Hot 100 No. 1 hit with Post Malone \u201cI Had Some Help,\u201d which recently finished at No. 1 on\u00a0Billboard\u2019s\u00a0<\/em>2024 Songs of the Summer chart, becoming Wallen\u2019s second consecutive\u00a0Billboard\u00a0<\/em>Song of the Summer. Wallen is only the second artist ever to achieve that feat, and the first in 46 years.

Overseas, \u201cI Had Some Help\u201d reached No. 1 on the\u00a0DK Airplay Chart<\/a>, becoming Wallen\u2019s first No. 1 single in Denmark, while simultaneously moving into the Top 3 this week on The Dutch Charts’\u00a0Nationale Airplay Top 50<\/a>\u00a0pop chart \u2013 a new historical peak for him.

With just five shows remaining on his 2024 tour, Wallen will make a homecoming appearance at University of Tennessee Knoxville\u2019s Neyland Stadium on Sept. 20 and 22 alongside special guests HARDY and ERNEST.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
