On the heels of his third studio album\u00a0One Thing At A Time\u00a0<\/em>attaining 7x Platinum certification by the RIAA, this year\u2019s leading CMA Award nominee Morgan Wallen delivers the first taste of his upcoming project,\u00a0releasing \u201cLove Somebody,\u201d available now. \u201c\u2018Love Somebody\u2019 is a little bit of a new approach lyrically and sonically,\u201d shares Wallen. \u201cI wanted to try something different, with what I wanted to talk about, how I wanted it to sound, and we were inspired by Latin-leaning influences. I\u2019m really excited about this song and pumped that it is out.\u201d

\u201cLove Somebody\u201d was written by Wallen alongside John Byron, Ashley Gorley, Jacob Kasher Hindlin, Elof Loelv and Ryan Vojtesak, and was produced by Joey Moi and Charlie Handsome (Dangerous: The Double Album\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0One Thing At A Time<\/em>). Craving something different against a neon-lit backdrop, the East Tennessean singer\/songwriter offers a candid glimpse at the difficulties of finding someone \u201cWho ain’t hypnotized \/ By dollar signs and blindin’ lights,<\/em>\u201d as he searches for authenticity.

Riding high off the success of\u00a0Billboard\u2019s<\/em>\u00a02024 Song of the Summer \u201cI Had Some Help\u201d with Post Malone and latest single, \u201cLies, Lies, Lies,\u201d Wallen, originally previewed \u201cLove Somebody\u201d on the European leg of his\u00a0One Night At A Time 2024<\/em>\u00a0Tour. He later announced the single\u2019s official release at his history-making, double header hometown shows at University of Tennessee Knoxville\u2019s Neyland Stadium, where he surpassed The Jackson 5 as the venue’s largest weekend ever, performing for 156,161 fans across two shows.\u00a0

Wallen will conclude his\u00a0One Night At A Time\u00a0<\/em>tour this weekend with two consecutive nights at Charlotte\u2019s Bank of America Stadium Oct. 18-19.\u00a0One Night At A Time<\/em>\u00a0spanned 87 shows, 10 countries, 51 stadium plays, as well as festivals and arenas across two years, and was named a 2023\u00a0Billboard\u00a0<\/em>and\u00a0Pollstar\u00a0<\/em>Country Tour of the Year.
